LycheeTangita - A Lychee Tangerine Cocktail

Making up a cocktail recipe is easy; coming up with a name for it - not so! After a couple of these drinks, the best I could come up with was LycheeTangita, if you can think of a better name, let me know.

Ingredients
(Makes about 4 drinks)

Canned Lychee drink - 1.5 cups
Tangerine juice - 1/2 cup
Lime juice - 2 tbsp
Sliver Tequila - 3/4 cup
Mint leaves - ~12
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Crushed Ice

Lychee is one of my favorite fruits; I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t like lychee. I love the sweetness and the texture and it brings back a lot of childhood memories of palm fruits and young coconuts.
