Malaysian style Curry Crab

I don’t know how many times I’ve talked about our favorite takeout dish in town – the Dry Curry Crab from Malay Satay Hut. Siv and I are addicted to this dish. I’ve been searching for a similar recipe in all my Malaysian cookbooks and online, but couldn’t find anything that would produce an end result like the MSH version. Wish you all a fabulous Valentine’s day! Siv and I are not too big into V-day, it is just another occasion to go out and eat. Dry Curry Crab- Tamil Style

This is another one of my mother-in-law’s recipes, perfected by Siv. She is a fantastic cook, but somehow I always like Siv’s versions a little better.
