Wishing all my US readers a Happy 4th of July weekend! If you are planning a party this weekend or just going to chill out, I am sure you could use some cooling cocktails! I thought it is the perfect time to share a new easy-breezy cocktail recipe and highlight some of my older recipes from the archives. Have fun and stay safe!

Passion Fruit Mintini

Passion Fruit Mint Cocktail

(For 2 cups)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups passion fruit juice (available in canned form in Asian stores)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup ginger flavored vodka
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar (simple sugar syrup)
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves torn + 2 sprigs for garnish
  • 1 cup Ice

Method

Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well to combine. Strain into martini glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve.

    Sig,
    Its a cold and windy day here in London and the weekend is supposed to be worse with rains..Sigh!
    But thats not gonna stop me from trying out the sangria which i have been wanting to for a long time. This weekend will be a prelude to the bbq party im throwing next weekend and so shall try out the sangria and if it comes out well, I shall serve it. Also…do you have a proper recipe for a fruit punch
