		<description>If I may add, dry roasting the beans before cooking also reduces gas. So does cooking the legumes with a couple of bay leaves.</description>

SBD supposedly reconditioned my body! Just start eating breakfast and that will help you lots... :) I know, sounds easy, but I went almost a decade with no breakfast... :)</description>
