The Omnivore’s Hundred

I found this very interesting little activity going on around the blogosphere and wanted to play along too. This was originated by Andrew of the Very Good Taste blog.

In Andrew’s on words

“Below is a list of 100 things that I think every good omnivore should have tried at least once in their life. The list includes fine food, strange food, everyday food and even some pretty bad food - but a good omnivore should really try it all.”

If you want to play along, here are the rules.

1) Copy this list into your blog or journal, including these instructions.
2) Bold all the items you’ve eaten.
3) Cross out any items that you would never consider eating.
4) Optional extra: Post a comment at www.verygoodtaste.co.uk linking to your results.

Sig, the linked items in the list - what do they represent?

Interesting list, but don’t seem to see civet coffee and (well, the delicatest way of putting it) gonads there

LOL - gonads… :D yeah, nice catch… and Civet coffee had to be there too.. :). But did you see Salted lassi and goat curry in the list? One person’s exotic is another person’s staple I guess :)

And the links don’t represent anything, just more info for those items if anyone is curious.. I didn’t know what some of those were!
